Amanda Kuklinski

Attorney

Attorney Kuklinski has experience representing employees in a broad range of employment issues, with a particular focus on employment discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), wrongful termination, and hostile work environment claims. She takes a collaborative and client-focused approach to her practice and wants to work with you to reach your goals. Ms. Kuklinski understands that losing your job or experiencing harassment at work is one of the most stressful and disruptive life events a person can experience and wants to help guide you through this difficult process.

Prior to joining Weiler Law PLLC, Ms. Kuklinski practiced employment law in Madison, Wisconsin, where she exclusively represented employees in disputes against their employers. Ms. Kuklinski has extensive experience litigating employment cases before administrative agencies and federal court, as well as providing advice and counsel for clients within an ongoing employment relationship. In addition to employment claims, Ms. Kuklinski also represents healthcare professionals with complaints against their licenses. She also helps people who have been denied employment benefits under employer-sponsored plans, including short-term and long-term disability insurance.

Ms. Kuklinski graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law, earning Honors in the Concentration. During law school, in addition to clerking for an employment law firm, she also worked as a student advocate for the Legal Assistance to Institutionalized Persons Project, assisting prison inmates throughout the state in a broad variety of civil and criminal legal issues. She also served as an Articles Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review.

When she is not practicing law, Ms. Kuklinski enjoys spending time with her cats, strolling the Scottsdale farmer’s market, and exploring the valley’s craft breweries.
